RootMedic.net strives to provide customers with outstanding products, service, and prices.  RootMedic now ships all US orders via Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping. Shipping is a discounted rate starting at $4.00 on US orders, and is $14-$32 for International Orders.

Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 5 business days, usually sooner. Priority mail usually arrives in 2-3 days but can sometimes take 6 mailing days to arrive. Please remember that RootMedic is a second job for me, and to keep prices it may mean that your order may take a little longer to ship. The quality and price of R0otMedic can’t be beat, so you won’t regret the wait. SOMETIMES IT COULD TAKE TWO WEEKS TO PROCESS BASED ON BACKLOG AND STOCK. PLEASE CONTACT PRIOR TO ORDERING IF YOU NEED SOMETHING ASAP.

I do my best to get orders out in a timely fashion, but please remember that I work a full time job on the night shift, and have a family. Part of why my prices are so much cheaper than everyone else is because it might take just a little longer to get to you. In the end, I KNOW you will be satisfied with your product and I am always quick to respond to questions. If you need something faster than the possibility of up to 2 weeks, please make sure to contact me right away. Sometimes my schedule will not allow me to get things out any faster than 3 days later, so please keep this in mind.

In the end, if all of this is worth knowing that you are getting a superior product for a fraction of the cost of other retailers, head on over to the store and place an order. I always take care of my customers and promise to make it a pleasant experience for you in the end.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

RootMedic products are accurately described and quality is guaranteed. IF a product is defective please email me at justin@rootmedic.net within 30 days and product will be refunded or replaced. Return shipping is not included. If you chose a refund(if available) original shipping will not be refunded. Replacements will be shipped free. Take photos of any defective/damaged products right away. No returns or refunds of opened product after 30 days.  Opened Products may be subject to partial refund.

IF YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER and need to track it, first log in to Paypal and check the “details” of your order. US orders will see a tracking number if the order has shipped(some exceptions apply). International orders will just see that the item is “shipped”. If the item has not shipped, please email me at justin@rootmedic.net for questions. Please make sure to provide name and date of order.

If your order involves an pre-order or special sale circumstance, remember that orders may take up to 1 week to ship. All orders using intro pricing and discounts may be subject to slight delays due to demand.
